Staying motivated is hard. Everyday life can be exhausting. Once you find the right fitness tribe you naturally become more motivated, simply by feeding off of the energy of others. Come as you are. You belong in my tribe of fitness rebels!

My Posse of ROCKSTARS can hold you accountable. Friendly faces and the desire to be a little bit better every class will keep you coming back. Plus, I can identify when you need more of a challenge and push you towards your fitness goals.

We are social creatures. My classes are not only about staying healthy, but also about connecting with other humans in an effort to build a strong union of minds and bodies.
UPCOMING CLASSES
Indoor classes follow social distancing guidelines. Face coverings are required indoors. Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer will be provided at all classes. You must bring your own mat. If you feel sick or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please stay home until you receive a negative test result.
